Gamo Outdoors Acquire Daisy

Gamo Outdoors SL, affiliates of private equity investment firm BRS, along with their UK subsidiary BSA Guns (UK) Ltd, have acquired Daisy Outdoor Products.

Manufacturers of airguns and accessories since 1886, Daisy have been introducing generations of young shooters to the world of recreational shooting, plinking and shooting safety. Throughout their long history, they have developed unparalleled brand recognition and a dominant position within the youth and entry-level airgun market.
