RAW Hunter

US airgunmaker Rapid Air Weapons are rapidly making a name for themselves on the outdoor target and benchrest circuits around the globe with their TM1000 and BM100 models respectively. And now they’re aiming to find favour among field shooters with their HM100 Hunter Model. Seen here and available from importer, Michael Tawn Airgun Supplies, the HM1000 comes with a match-grade barrel incorporating either an integral silencer or barrel weight. It sports the same trigger as fitted to the competition rifles (with a safety catch), and a walnut stock with an adjustable butt pad. Its 360cc buddy bottle incorporates a fast-flow air transfer system, and UK-specced models come with the optional regulator for an even greater shot count. There’s also a quick-fill charging system and gauge as standard on UK-bound guns, too. Available in .177, .20, .22 and .25 calibres at powers up to 20, 30, 40 and 50ft/lb respectively, the price of the sub-12ft/lb model is £1,199.
