SPONSORED: All the latest news from the Northern Shooting Show

Whilst the show has grown to be the largest indoor and outdoor show in the UK in just three years, airgunners have even been at the centre of the show from day one and this year there’s even more for them to see and do.

As usual all the main manufacturers will be at the show in the main exhibition halls displaying all their latest guns and new releases after their European launches at IWA, the trade show in Germany, so you can expect to see guns never seen before in the UK.

This year Umarex will be represented by Pellpax with all models available to buy on the day. There are also all the manufacturers airgun ranges just outside so you can try the guns out too.

On the optics side Hawke, MTC Optics, Vortex and many more will be at the show over the weekend and you can actually try many of the binoculars and riflescopes out too.

If you’re looking for nightvision or thermal imaging then Nitesite, NVUK, Scott Country, Thomas Jacks and others have every conceivable set up you could ever require to suit every budget.

Carmelian will be at the show for the first time and are showcasing their revolutionary reactive electronic target system which is sure to draw a lot of interest so make sure you stop by their stand.

Numerous retailers of used guns, shooting accessories and specialist clothing such as Cheshire Gunroom, Rowan Engineering, Riverside Outdoor, G and T Hunting and many more will be on site so there’s nothing you won be able to find and with experts on every subject and discipline you will be able to have your questions answered.

The HFT Masters Northern Shooting Show Championship takes place at the show on the Sunday and in previous years visitors on the Saturday got to have a go and plink on the ranges with some of the experts helping them understand what HFT is all about.

This year, in partnership with Brocock/Daystate there will be a marquee located next to the course of fire and visitors on both days can get a HFT Masterclass where they can learn everything they need to know about the discipline, the kit that’s used and then actually have a go themselves.

If you fancy trying your hand at Bell Target to see if you can ring the bell then Lincolnshire Bell Target League will be at the show to let you try it out.

It’s going to be great weekend if you’re an airgunner so make sure you put it in your diary or better still book a discounted adult Early Bird ticket now for just £12 at www.northernshootingshow.co.uk/tickets.
