Then it’s on to the James Martin Garden Party, which is sponsored by Cockburns of Leith wine merchants. Be greeted with a glass of Chateau Routas rosé whilst vineyard owner Keith Murray answers all your wine related wonderings.

Guests will enjoy game canapes designed by celebrity chef James Martin with meat supplied by BGA assured supplier Lincolnshire Game. Canapes include Venison, Pheasant, Partridge, Apricot and Harissa Sausage rolls, Duck rillettes prepared by Chef Patrice St Yves, served by students from the Chefs’ Forum. Next on your Gastronomic journey, visit egg producer Clarence Court who will be serving quail egg canapés, washed down with a glass of bubbles.

The Game Fair’s Gemma Payne commented: “We know one of the biggest draws of The Game Fair every year is the huge range of delicious food and drink on offer. We wanted to create a package that gives visitors with a real passion for food, the opportunity to get up close with top chefs and industry experts while indulging in delicious dishes and tipples along the way whilst showcasing the spectacular versatility of game meat.”
