Investors in People

Edgar Brothers has been awarded the silver Investors In People (IIP) award.

IIP is the national standard which sets out a level of good practice for the development of people to achieve business goals.

It provides a baseline of good management practice which can be used to help with planning, enhance employee engagement and improve management effectiveness.

Edgar Brothers’ HR Assistant, Thea Edgar (right) said: “We are extremely proud of this achievement and will continue to work with the IIP framework over the next two years to achieve some further objectives that will hopefully result in us becoming an Investors in People Gold accredited organisation.”
