Team Air Arms at the 2015 World Field Target Championships, Lithuania

AIR ARMS AA ONLYBritain’s well-known south coast gunmaker, Air Arms, has enjoyed a very
successful World Field Target Championships – with Team Air Arms shooters
putting in some great results on the international stage over in Lithuania.
Jack Harris came a very close second in the Open Class, missing out on being
crowned World Champion by just one point (that went to Russian shooter,
Sergey Zubenko).
Having finished the first day in the lead with a 49 ex 50, Jack continued to
prove great competition to his fellow shooters with scores of 48 on the next
two days. Not to be outdone, Ian Taylor, Dorian Falconer, Andy Calpin and
Simon Evans all shot great rounds with their Air Arms over the three-day
event, too. With scores of 142 ex 150, 139, 138 and 137 respectively, all
were placed in the top 10 – meaning Air Arms shooters actually accounted for
half of the top 10 medals!
Stephen Privett took gold in the Springer Class with his Air Arms TX200
underlever, while Paula Schofield proudly collected bronze in the PCP Ladies
Class with her ever-trusty Air Arms EV2.
