Chunky, solidly built and with no hint of play between any of the components, GunPower’s pump is a real workhorse . Thick rubber grips sit comfortably in the hand, and the 220mm-wide footplate provides good anchorage when you’re in full swing. There’s also a moisture trap incorporated in the bleed system to prevent corrosion within the cylinder or bottle on your airgun.
The pump is robust and well up to the task of frequent filling. GunPower recommends a maximum of five minutes’ continual use, resting the pump for 10 minutes to allow it to cool between sessions. Don’t let your bottle or cylinder run too low, though – and five minutes’ pumping will be plenty long enough to top up.

I have a Gunpower stirrup pump model GO512 please could you advise if it should have a filter in the bottom of the big black bowel.
