Since 1 March 2014, BASC members have been able to get their legal expenses covered for appeals against firearms licensing decisions – an addition to the insurance policy offered with membership to the UK’s largest shooting organisation.
Developed in partnership with AIM Risk Services Limited, the legal cover extends across a wide range of appeals, including airgun kinetic energy test failure.
