Bell Target sponsorship renewed

The Northern Shooting Show has announced that it will be continuing its sponsorship of the Lincolnshire Bell Target League through the 2020 season.

League organiser Dave Carter has been at the forefront of introducing Bell Target in pubs across the county, and the move has proved to be a great success, with a number of other pubs keen to introduce it to their customers.

The league is now a regular fixture in many local shooters’ calendars, and it also helps many country pubs bring in business on quieter evenings in the middle of the week.

Air Arms is also continuing to support the venture by providing two air rifles to be used by the league. Managing director Claire West explained: “Air Arms are very proactive in promoting the positive sides of airgun shooting and are always keen to promote our brand and sport when and where we can.

“We understand the importance of attracting new shooters into our sport if we wish our industry to grow and continue for years to come. In a world that is PC crazy, people who have a passion such as Dave and his team should be supported by the industry it serves.”

Paul Whitelam of the Northern Shooting Show added: “It really is great to see the faces on new shooters who get to have a shooting experience in this way and NSS were keen to support the Bell Target initiative ever since it was announced and will continue to support it as it grows.”
