The Sportsman Gun Centre Ltd have announced the exciting news that they will take on sole distributorship of FX Airguns from February 2020.
As the sole importer of the world-famous Swedish airgun brand, SGC believe that the partnership will have a profound impact on the UK airgun industry. By bringing world-leading airguns to the wider British audience, SGC will supply to meet the historically high demands for FX guns.
Gary Lamburn, owner of Sportsman Gun Centre commented: “SGC are proud to be representing FX in the UK – we have been keen to add a premium Airgun Brand for quite some time and in FX we believe we have the very best!”
For over 20 years, FX has been manufacturing guns to the exacting standards of Fredrik Axelsson and his team. Gun Trade News spoke exclusively to Fredrik, as he welcomed the move to partner with Sportsman Gun Centre. “We wanted to work with a company that is aggressive like we are, and once we looked at the company we felt that they would be a good fit,” he said.
FX Airguns are, as both manufacturers and innovators, constantly pushing for new world innovation and incorporation of the newest manufacturing techniques. Meanwhile the SGC has always committed to holding a significant amount of stock for the brands they distribute and are looking to continue to increase the availability of the incredible FX range in the UK.
Sportsman Gun Centre add that they are excited to offer greatly reduced lead times and improved stock availability to both retail and trade clients. Gary adds: “Our plan with FX is to offer the greatest possible availability, by keeping all the popular models and calibres in-stock. In addition to availability, we will be looking to provide industry leading levels of service and an unsurpassed levels of aftersales service, thus giving the consumer and retailer the support they deserve.”
